Support colon delimiter in ANSI escape sequences

# Both should work
    printf "\e[38;5;208mOption 1\e[m\nOption 2" | fzf --ansi
    printf "\e[38:5:208mOption 1\e[m\nOption 2" | fzf --ansi

This change makes ANSI parsing slightly slower.
