About The Project

A simple Discord bot created with discord.py for a University project.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Python

Installation

Below is an example of how you can instruct your audience on installing and setting up your app. This template doesn't rely on any external dependencies or services.

1. Clone the repo

   git clone https://github.com/ssyyhhrr/discord.py-bot.git
   

2. Install Python packages

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   

3. Enter your credentials in .env

   DISCORD_TOKEN=ENTER_YOUR_DISCORD_TOKEN
   DISCORD_ID=ENTER_YOUR_DISCORD_ID
   

Usage

py main.py
